01 User Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The mea4 platform is exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of 18 years and above only. This is not merely a technical requirement — it is a legal and ethical responsibility that we take seriously. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold.

Beyond the age requirement, you must also ensure that the use of online gambling platforms is permitted in the country or region where you are located. mea4 is not responsible for use of the platform in areas where such activity is prohibited by law.

• Minimum age: 18 years old at the date of registration
• Proof of identity: You may be required to submit valid identification documents at any time

02 Registration & Account Management

04 Fund Withdrawal

Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the mea4 support team. Any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the review process is complete, subject to all relevant conditions having been met.

• Processing timeframe: Balance withdrawal after account closure requires 3–5 working days
• Bonus forfeiture: All unused bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure

10 mea4 Liability Limits
